"This hotel is my go to every where I go. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay, nice and clean. However, I am disappointed during this stay. Staff aren’t the best, I asked a receptionist lady if someone can clean my room and bring clean towels but it never get done.i was gone all day hoping when i come back the room at least semi clean but it wasn’t. I went to talk to the same receptionist , later a guy came up and brought a vacuum in my room. I ended up cleaning the floor. Disappointed. "

"My stay at the hotel was very nice. The property is convenient to lots of great restaurants, safe, walkable, and easy to access from the interstate. The room was nice and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. The only negative about my stay was the mattress. My mattress had virtually no support. It's time to replace the mattresses! Next time I stay I will ask for a room with a newer mattress."

"The hotel was nice! Room was clean and lots of channels on tv, which I liked. The only complaint is that there was a bum smoking on the bench outside the door. It made me feel unsafe. When I went back outside to gather my things from the car he followed me inside and went to the breakfast area to get something and I quickly went up to my room and locked the door. "This location is very nice. Rooms a little more dated than other Marriotts where we’ve traveled. Unfortunatel, the HVAC system in the room was quite noisy as well as the refrigerator. Maintenance came to look at HVAc unit and we were told it was an “old one”. We were offered to switch rooms but we only had one more night. Not sure why that room is being used if the unit is so old. "

"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach.
